Happy St. Patrick's Day!

St. Patrick’s Day is one of those holidays where it is not just acceptable but expected to get über drunk; maybe even more so than Fat Tuesday. There are so many levels involved in celebration be it parades, food, and especially the drink. The green beer flows freely, the Guinness is consumed at all time highs, and there is much to cheer about. 01. Where it all Began…

St. Patrick

St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland, although he was born in Britain, around 385AD. His parents Calpurnius and Conchessa were Roman citizens living in either Scotland or Wales, according to different versions of his story.
