The Most Desirable Women Of 2011
AskMen.com’s annual list of the Most Desirable Women list was just released.
The list was topped by Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively, at number one, and also includes actress Mila Kunis, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Beyoncé Knowles[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Katy Perry[/lastfm].
Beyoncé broke the top 25 this year with number 23. She drops down from number six last year, but according to the site, the upcoming year could be one of the singer’s biggest yet.
“She’s been part of one of the world’s biggest girl groups, topped every chart, has a near-billionaire mogul husband, has been in the one-name club since the beginning of your living memory, and she’s still only 29,” they write.
“What’s more, she may have just gotten a major break in her longtime bid for an Oscar when Clint Eastwood signed on to direct her in the Warner Bros. update of A Star Is Born. Not even Kanye could ruin her image now. While rumors swirl of a new album in 2011 and even a possible Destiny’s Child reunion, one thing remains: She’s Beyoncé, and the rest of them ain’t.”
This year Katy Perry jumped from number 36 to number eight, propelled by the massive success of her current release Teenage Dream. According to the site, Katy’s resume in 2010 is enough to put her in the top 10 alone.
“Perry’s sophomore album, Teenage Dream, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and produced three colossal hits, including the inescapable Snoop Dogg-fueled summer anthem ‘California Gurls,’” they write.
Mila Kunis took the number two spot and Sofia Vergara, star of ABC’s Modern Family, was number three.
