[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Elton John[/lastfm] is going on record saying that [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Billy Joel[/lastfm] needs more intense rehab.

John told Rolling Stone all about his former touring partner and his problems.

John told Rolling Stone they had to cancel many shows because of of Joel’s illnesses and “alcoholism.” He says Joel should do rehab like he did it — with patients cleaning floors, not watching TV.
