Texting while driving is a dangerous thing to do, but so can texting while walking.

One woman not only fell, but fell into a mall fountain! Fortunately for lovers of funny Internet videos, her unfortunate fall was caught on tape by mall security and uploaded.

Since her video went viral, the woman has decided to sue mall security for not helping her and refuses to take any blame for the fact that she wasn’t paying attention due to texting and walking.
