Mylie’s dad and mom are apparently headed for divorce court. Dad, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Billy Ray Cyrus [/lastfm]has filed for divorce from mom, Tish. Why? It’s been rumored that Tish had an affair with rocker [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bret Michaels[/lastfm] , from band [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Poison[/lastfm] and  TV show The Apprentice.
