Mel Gibson has filed a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend [lastfm]Oksana Grigorieva[/lastfm], a Russian musician singer.

The two had been an item for about a year, producing daughter Lucia who is now seven months. At the time of their split, a friend of the couple told People magazine, “They’re still friends and they’ll both raise Lucia together.”

Not quite.

Radar Online broke the story citing that the sticky point is Gibson’s access to his child. He lives in Malibu while Grigorieva lives in a home, purchased by the “Edge of Darkness” actor, in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

Gibson split from his wife of 30 years, Robyn Moore in April 2009. He went public with his relationship with Grigorieva later that month.
