Father’s day lights out! Overnight!
Is your father the adventurous type? Take him on a camping trip where he doesn’t have to pitch a tent or start a fire. The Dallas Zoo’s Light’s Out! overnight begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 19 with registration. Dad and children ages 7 to 10 years will take a twilight tour of ZooNorth, make a craft, enjoy an animal encounter, take a ride on the Monorail Safari, and tour Giants of the Savanna. Guests also receive an evening snack and a continental breakfast. The overnight adventure ends at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday morning and the rest of the day is yours to explore the Zoo. Cost is $45 per person. Advance reservations are required. Call (214) 670-6832 for more information or to register.
