RED OVER HEELS

2 oz Skyy Infusions Ginger

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz honey

1/2 oz water

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel twirl.
